1, repair the MAPIEx installation by running the MAPIEx installer, but select ""repair""
2, set your outlook to not use the ""use cached exchange mode"", by un-selecting. (this is suggested by BP on their MAPIEx installation doc)</description>

      <title>MapIEX- Failed to access message store</title>

      <description>Hi,

I'm using Mapiex to send emails where it was all working fine till Friday. Today morning the same Vm is giving me an error "Failed to access message store."

Only thing which changed since Friday is Microsoft office was reinstalled.

What should be changed to resolve this?</description>

      <description>I have the same problem, but it only occurs occationally, can it be that someone is accessing the same outlook folder at the same time&amp;nbsp;? Are you running 32 bit office ?</description>
