Execution of same code in different machines

Hi All,

We have developed a code which was working fine in two different machines, one day it was stopped working fine in one and working in another. Does any one faced this kind of scenario ever. Do you people have any suggestion how can I Investigate the issue.

I imagine everyone has run into this problem at some point or another, but it's going to be difficult to give any suggestions without knowing more details. Can you provide some info such as the type of action the automation performs that works on one machine and not another?

I was using a certificate to send secure HTTP Request, using Utility HTTP BP V5. I one machine I am able to retrieve the Id from the certificate and passing it for the HTTP request and in another machine I am failing to get the Id. A custom .net code is used to get the Id from certificate.
