I am using Utility - File Management VBO Get Files action to get all the filenames in a SharePoint site.  I got the path by going to the SharePoint site and clicking Open in Windows Explorer.  When I first ran my process in QA VDI, I got error on Get Files on all 3 attempts.  So I connected into the VDI and accessed the path used by my process using Windows Explorer so I can confirm that the VDI has access.  It took awhile for Windows Explorer to respond but it did eventually displayed the folder in question. Disconnected from the VDI and then re-ran my process again in the same VDI and this time it worked. We recycle our VDIs daily so how can I prevent this issue from occurring intermittently.  Thanks in advance!
