      <description>Hi Everyone,

&amp;nbsp;

We are trying to run the scheduler at a specific time for certain process to run but the scheduler won't invoke or execute the process.

&amp;nbsp;

Also the scheduler becomes grey after some time. The RTR is working its online and connected.

&amp;nbsp;

The process invokes properly when we manually drag and drop it in the to the available resources in control room.

&amp;nbsp;

Any help in providing a resolution will be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

We have also reported this issue to the BP support team.

&amp;nbsp;

Please let us know if anyone is facing this issue and if there is any resolution for that matter.

      <description>Grey out usually happens if the schedule is expired. Yes, some scheduler issues were fixed in 6.2.1. Please try to upgrade to 6.2.1 and also make sure ResourcePC is running when scheduler is trying to execute the process. Also try re-installing login agent if you are using login agent.</description>
