I think the clue is in the 64bit OS and a dll with 32 in the name.... personally I would attach that with some experimentation around looking for 64bit mainframe installers or/and copying the dll in the error from a 32bit file location such as system32 to the equilivent 64bit file location... also make sure you have the correct bit version of Blue Prism installed for the windows os.
