    <description>Maybe one to contact Blue Prism support about.
I think the clue is in the 64bit OS and a dll with 32 in the name.... personally I would attach that with some experimentation around looking for 64bit mainframe installers or/and copying the dll in the error from a 32bit file location such as system32 to the equilivent 64bit file location...  also make sure you have the correct bit version of Blue Prism installed for the windows os.</description>

      <title>Unable to Launch and Attach IBM iAccess Mainframe Application while using Windows 10 Gold Disk 64 Bit OS</title>

      <description>Hi,

We are trying to Launch and Attach IBM iAccess Mainframe Application through Blue Prism. Please find below details for further reference:
OS  - Windows 10 Gold Disk  64 Bit OS
Blue Prism Version - 5.0.33
IBM iAccess Version - 6.0

While trying to Launch Mainframe application through IBM iAccess Emulator (EHLLAPI), we are getting following error:
Error - Failed to launch application - Launch Failed : Terminal Emulation - could not load the dll - PCSHLL32.DLL 

If we try to launch using Mainframe through IBM Personal Communicator (COM API), then we are getting following error:
Error - Failed to launch application - Launch Failed : Error from ConnectToHostOrSession : Cannot create ActiveX component.

Please let us know if any further details are required from our side.
