Hello Ben

Have you tried using the 6.10.3? There are couple of bugs that have been fixed in the 6.10.3 that may be causing the issue you are observing in 6.10.1 (not sure at this point). Moreover, 6.10.3 is just a patch update and not the full upgrade. So, you would not need to do the full scale testing as well.

Hello,

We are on BPv 6.10.1. We have started using Chrome with the extension plugin. It seems to work good but every so often it will stop working entirely and the only fix seems to be a reboot of the machine. The error we receive is:
"The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled". If I check the extension everything seems to be the exact same. I've read through some other forums and have tried turning on and off the fixed browser port 31924 but that has not helped. Any idea what may be causing this?

------------------------------
Ben Bobo
RPA Developer
Constellation Brands
America/New_York
------------------------------
