    <description>Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Today I experienced a strange behavior of Control Room.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a process that got stuck in Warning session status, although the Run time Resource shows Idle.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;In the log it says that the issue happened during ACTION: Stage:'Close All Instances' Business Object:'MS Excel VBO', Action:'Close All Instances'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The session could not be stopped, and when I tried to drag and drop the process again to the RR, Blue Prism said that it is too busy to run the process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you ever seen this kind of issue before?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Perhaps the blue prism had some difficulty in updating the data in its database and this scenario occurred.&lt;BR /&gt;I've been through a situation like this and the problem was in the traffic between the app server and my BD.
