Blue Prism V7 Citrix Integration Issue

Hi Team,

Good day!

We are facing the below issue while trying to automate citrix application using BluePrism V07.

Issue: "Error - Failed to launch application - Failed to attach - AppMan startup problem - Timed out waiting for pipe connection"

Kindly let me know, if you have any suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hi Ram,

Assuming you want to try out Native Citrix Automation Spy mode in BP 7, I would like to say , Citrix Automation Mode of spying in BP7 is not Surface Automation.
It seems from the screenshot, you want to achieve Surface automation on notepad using "Citrix Automation" .
Let me know if I misunderstood your query.

Hi Vivek,
Thank you for your response!
We installed Citrix work space to enable to Citrix automation mode in local computer and started AppMan services in Citrix environment to enable Citrix automation mode. While launching the notepad from Citrix environment from local computer via Blue Prism V7, we faced the above issue.

Now, trying to Launch Notepad in Citrix VDE, through digital worker and getting same message
