    <description>Hello Jack,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have the same login problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Downloaded the learning edition&lt;BR /&gt;- setup a DX Account.&lt;BR /&gt;- try to login to learning edition&amp;nbsp; -&amp;gt; using my username and pw from the dx website login&lt;BR /&gt;- fail to login - "Login failed. The username or password is incorrect. Please try again."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try for errir in DB but - DB ist connected - &amp;gt; "Database valid."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is missing to login?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;DIV dir="ltr"&gt;When logging into the BP software, you should be using the credentials below. If you are having issues remembering the password, please contact support@blueprism.com and we can assist resetting the password back to admin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV dir="ltr"&gt;Username: admin&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV dir="ltr"&gt;Password (installation): admin&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>Hi Florian.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The DX is not related to installing and configuring your Blue Prism software. The DX is like an app store for Blue Prism. There are lots of apps available to enhance your BP automations.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I understand you, you have successfully installed and configured the database. How did you configure the connection type setting? If you used SQL Server (Windows Authentication), use "admin" for the userid and password the first time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The userid and password from the DX has nothing to do with your local BP installation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;jack&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Jack Look&lt;BR /&gt;Sr Product Consultant&lt;BR /&gt;Blue Prism&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
