Try reducing the archiving threshold, it could be that the volume of data the archiving is trying to shift is too great. Eg if you have 6 month of data to archive, set the threshold to 1 month, then 2 months, then 3 etc. That way the archiver will only nee to move 1 month at a time. Once you get down to 6 months, enable the archiver to run every day so that you only ever need to move 1 day of data.

If you still get issues then contact our Support team and they may be able to help you with DB scripts.

------------------------------
John Carter
Professional Services
Blue Prism
------------------------------
Hi All,

Whenever we are manually archiving data in Blueprism we come across an error pop-up "system out of memory exception" for few files.

Is there any way to fix this? As these files stay in database and occupy memory.

Regards,
Pranav Dwivedi

------------------------------
Pranav Dwivedi
------------------------------
