&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned, the error message 0x802 typically means that your license has already been activated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're seeing this, even when the activation key hasn't been used within the application.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Learning license activation on portal</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am uploading the learning license key received on email in blue prism application. And it generates a code to copy on portal. When I copied this code and clicked on Submit it gives an error message Error code 0x80". I learnt that this error means the license is used. So, I logged in to Blue Prism and went to System tab. It has an option to check license and generate a new code. I generated a new code to be uploaded to postal to generate the key. But I get the same error for each key that I try to generate. Could you please check this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
