About Blue Prism control room settings

Hi All,

I am trying to run Bot from control room but I am getting the "BP0043 is too busy to run that process" error. Please see the screen shot below.

how can i solve this problem. please assist me as soon as possible.

Hi Robiul

Can you give us more info please? Do you have any back ground processes running on this machine, is this run through the scheduler or are you assigning the process to the resource manually? Is this a virtual machine or physical machine and are you running login/unlock processes before you run your main process?

thank you so much for your reply.
1. i am not sure any back ground process is running, but if it is, how can i check about back ground check.
2. I first installed it, then i had to uninstall it, then I reinstalled on my local machine.
3.this is my physical machine, not virtual machine.
if you have any solution, it could be great.

If this is running on your own machine are you running a listener? Check your process list in the control room to make sure no other processes are running. You can also check your task manager in windows to mak sure no other instances of blueprism are running.

You may check on Control room if someother session already running and try running your session after stopping or completing current session. Your current license may have limitations on how many sessions can run together.

Looks like there is a pending session on your runtime resource. delete the pending session and you should be good to run another process on the same RR
