      <title>Setting up scheduler/Restarting BP</title>

      <description>Hi Team,

&amp;nbsp;

I have being working on a process and it's ready to be tested using the scheduler. I have already set up the schedule, it's configured to run every hour.&amp;nbsp;

On the control panel, I can see the schedule I created with a&amp;nbsp;task pointing the VDI and process. However the process is not running, the documentation indicates that I need to restart the BP Server Service. My question is, how do I do it? I thought I had to access the "Services" on the Server where BP Server is running and do an actual restart. After the service was restarted the scheduler was not triggering the process. As additional info, if I drag the process and drop it on the resource and click on run, the process can be executed.&amp;nbsp;

I know the schedule is working because there are a couple of process working correctly, I just didn't participate when the scheduler was initially created.&amp;nbsp;</description>
