The time out setting rarely manages to solve the issue unfortunately. One case where it happened for us when was the application consumed too much memory and got into the "application not responding" status. So it might be worth keeping track of the memory consumption of target applications.

/Joakim

------------------------------
Joakim Eklund
Senior RPA Developer
Swedbank AB
Europe/Stockholm
------------------------------
Stop Sessions with Status Warning

Hello,

We always have processes in the Control Room that go into the Warning status. Is there a way to stop it? This is not possible with the stop variants in the Control Room. What do you have to do to avoid the warnings and can I intercept Stage with Warning in the process similar to an Exception?

Thank you.

Stephan

Hi Stephan - it might be better to investigate why and how the process gets into this state - what's happening when the process does this? Is it stuck in some infinite loop, or is it one of the target applications that isn't responding?

Hello,
the machine loses the connection in BluePrism and stands as a missing resource. The license can no longer be used because Session Status Warning. Session can not be stopped. Problem with employees who go on vacation for a longer period of time.
Maybe there is a trick to terminate the session from another computer to reuse the license.
greeting

I have witnessed the same problem and so far no real solution. Perhaps setting a time out in the application modeller could avoid this issue

------------------------------
Andrea Frauchiger
Senior Consultant
Synpulse AG Management Consulting Switzerland
Europe/London
------------------------------
