      <description>&lt;P&gt;In every installation guides and videos, they window for setting the username and password for the software are shown except for me. Even after so many attempts through different accounts. When I tried to give portal credentials also, they are saying incorrect password and username.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
