It is essential to realise that a process diagram runs much slower than the process running in Control Room. Studio is artificially slow and sometimes it is only this that is keeping the integration logic together - once the process is executed at its true speed in Control Room, the weakness in the developer's integration logic is exposed and the process breaks down. The solution is to look again at your objects and more than likely you will be missing Wait stages somewhere.
