    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;i have a problem about Inteact's installation, specifically during the HUB's installation.&lt;BR /&gt;After the login into the address ims.local, the browser show me this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="4001.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/4184i12E907A557C39F9B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="4001.png" alt="4001.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clicking on the icon "Hub" , the browser return this generic error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="4002.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/4182i71FEF078A5D7D84B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="4002.png" alt="4002.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone did u have this problem?       <description>Hey Ambrogio,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This could be caused by a number of issues so you may need to contact support@blueprism.com to get this resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, you can check the logs to see the error, and our Customer Support team will likely need more information anyway.
