RR's name appears broken in Learning Edition and Missing

Hi, Community

I was reported that the RR's name appears broken in the Learning Edition v7.1 with its status "Missing".
The Windows OS is Korean but it never happened in my laptop.
The language pack for Korean and English has already been installed.
The hostname is in English.
Nevertheless it happens across all the laptops of our customer.

Can anyone guide us what to look into?
Is it possible to look into the LocalDB directly installed by default in Learning Edition?

You help would be much appreciated.

It is from the same symptom but I want to ask it from a different context.

What I want to highlight in this thread is the fact that the RR name still appears broken in the Control Room even after the hostname has been changed to English and with English language pack installed.
We've also tried reinstallation of the Learning Edition but it still persists.

Therefore, perhaps, this is not an issue related to the language pack.

As far as I understand, the missing status occurs when the RR can't update its status in the database in 60s. However, I couldn't find a way to look at it.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced similar symptoms like this.
