topic User accounts aren't really… in Product Forum

User accounts aren't really deleted, the details still exist in the DB but are not displayed in the client UI. The reason for this is to preserve the data dependencies and audit trail. If you contact Support they may be able to advise on how to undo the 'delete' at the DB level. From memory I think it's a single column in the user table.

recreate Blueprism user

We are trying to recreate a BluePrism user that was previously created and deleted later. The message error says that Blueprism doesn't allow to create a user with the same login name of a user that existed once but deleted later.

Is there a workaround to recreate this user (by deleting/modifying some BP tables or whatelse)?
