Taking Feedback from different process owners

Just a suggestion, but you can create a Form in Microsoft Forms, and send it to the users that you want.

It is very easy to configure and set up, and you can export the results at the end in Excel. We use it in my company and works pretty good.

Thanks so much for the advice. A small doubt - will you send a generic form to all the process owners asking for a feedback or somehow unique form for each process?

I would send a generic form to all users, and include a question to indicate the process they are going to evaluate.

You can create drop down lists in your forms. Just load all the business name of your processes. I don't know exactly your business organization, maybe is a good idea to ask for the department or something like this.
