Learning Edition Download - Access Denied message

Hello All,

I have struggled to download the Free Edition. The initial couple of days couldnt see 'Get Learning Edition' , Then now after associating a company, the link came up but on clicking throws a 'Access Denied' message. Any help regarding this would be appreciated. I have dropped an email to support@blueprism.com and dxsupport@blueprism.com based on the various community discussions. I come from UiPath background and difficulty in simple steps like these makes me wonder why should it be so difficult !

Hi Amit,

This error message is generally connected to a permissions issue. Contacting DXSupport@blueprism is the correct course of action to get this resolved quickly.
