7.x takes longer to issue AutomateC commands than 6.x?

Hello,

When I issue the process execution instruction command(AutomateC.exe /run...) in 6.10.5 and 7.1.1 BluePrism, it takes about 5 times longer in 7.x than in 6.x.
I know that 7.x and 6.x have different data communication methods, but I don't understand the details.
Why does it take so long to complete after issuing a command in 7.x? Could there be a problem with my Blue Prism configuration? Or could there be other causes?

Hi @sumire,

I'd suggest you open a ticket with support on this. There were some pretty significant changes made to the core code between the v6 and v7. Support can work with to collect logs and review your configuration to ensure things are proper.
