Error in BPServer.exe

When trying to edit any of my configurations in BPServer, I get an error message:

"An unexpected error occurred whilst querying Windows Service. Full details of the error have been logged. You may need to manually check that a BP server service is setup correctly for this configuration."

I have verbose logging enabled but I can't find a log file anywhere. The app and system event log gives minimal info.

I tried creating a new configuration and it creates the windows service successfully but then shows the same error after I close and try to go back in to edit.

I've followed the article: Why do I get error "An unexpected error occurred whilst querying Windows Services" in the BPServer.exe?

The ACLs were set properly.

Hi, Dan,

and what information you can see in Blue Prism event viewer branch? Did you also check that you can see in your services list Blue Prism Server?
