I also have the learning edition in my own PC just for testing and I always have this as idle.<BR /><BR />I run many times processes and works correctly, I think the only significant limitation of the learning edition is the number of published processes that you can have simultaneously.<BR /><BR />I try to check why I have this running. Something that might make sense in a free version. That would make it a built in limitation compared to a paid version.
