Unable to get the Blue Prism learning license key emailed to me

Hi,

I have tried clicking on the get license key several time and I haven't received a key.

I manage automation for the Department of Finance and would like to do the new foundation training to see what it is like and what has changed. I'm not sure if our Department firewall is blocking emails or maybe I'm just doing something wrong.

Is there another way to get a key or can I have one emailed to me by a person?

Hello David,

This is strange, depending on demand, the license emails can take a little time but should still arrive.

It sounds like you are wanting a Blue Prism Learning Edition license, which is available from our Digital Exchange once you are logged in: Blue Prism Learning Edition

The email will arrive from digitalworker@blueprism.com
Check your spam / junk folder in case your email system has automatically filed it away
Failing that, drop a line to our support team who can look into it further for you support@blueprism.com
