Opening an Excel Document from Control room

Hi I am getting the below error when running from the control room in production. However when stepping through in Studio we cannot reproduce the error. This error has progressed from the Active-x issue, of which seemed to have been caused due to Excel Active-x settings in excel itself after MS office upgrades. Not it does not happen in the Create Instance action Where the Active-x issue was being triggered. this is now in the Open Workbook action.
Error Message: Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Internal

If anyone has experienced this before, please share any resolution in this regard. Thank you
