There is a community called Job Board which is probably what you're seeking....

Looks like you'll be the first poster, but there are plenty of subscribers so you may well hit lucky.

If you have experienced BP developers the steps required to become a certified Solution Designer can be found on the University - Portal>University>Certification here, with Preparation section of the document highlighting the necessary information available via the Portal>Documents. This will provide them with the core knowledge required to become a BP Solution Designer and will ensure your automations are designed, built and architectured in a secure, scalable manner adhering to our industry leading best practices.
