Customized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Reports in Blue Prism

Hi, My business requirement is to create KPIs or Reports which will help the customer to manage the robots more efficiently. Example1 : If some robot fails, then a mail should send to the recipient or at the end of the day a report should be available which tells the list of failed robots and list of successfully executed robots. Important: I saw Tile Library and the options available Out of the box. Question: Can I create reports on my own? Question: Is there any documentation available to create such reports in Blue Prism? There is some queue reporting functionality at https://portal.blueprism.com/products/vbos but that will not tell you about failed processes, only failed queue items. With proper exception handling it is possible to make a process send a mail just before it terminates - see the template 2 at https://portal.blueprism.com/products/templates
