Windows Update Messages

I would like to know if Blue Prism have any document or recommendation about best practice to deal with windows popup messages(update, alerts, etc) while the process are running.

Our best practice recommendation is to turn off any sort of update in the production environment as we may not know the impact it may have on the environment.

Just add, we're not recommending not to keep Prod up to date. What we recommend is to control when updates are applied, so that any effect on your processes can be managed. This can be as simple as arranging with IT for updates to be applied out of hours. Often IT don't realise that application updates, pop ups, alerts etc will disrupt the Digital Workforce, and part of the Robotic Operating Model is to get all that under control and keep the DW running smoothly.

Is there any Best Practices document from Blue Prism that states this recommendation, in order to submit to a customers IT department so they will disable the automatic updtes?
