Just add, we're not recommending not to keep Prod up to date. What we recommend is to control when updates are applied, so that any effect on your processes can be managed. This can be as simple as arranging with IT for updates to be applied out of hours. Often IT don't realise that application updates, pop ups, alerts etc will disrupt the Digital Workforce, and part of the Robotic Operating Model is to get all that under control and keep the DW running smoothly.

------------------------------
John Carter
Professional Services
Blue Prism
------------------------------

HI Marianne

Our best practice recommendation is to turn off any sort of update in the production environment as we may not know the impact it may have on the environment.

If this is something you keep getting in your environment Please raise a ticket with us at support@blueprism.com and we can take a closer look for you.

Kind Regards

------------------------------
[Benny Poumoko-Bafouatika]
[Customer Support Analyst]
[Blueprism]
------------------------------
