It is a common question and many customers do use 2FA successfully. The main challenge is persuading InfoSec teams that it's safe.

OK, good stuff. I'm glad it's sorted

A moot point now but re the link if you need it in future... it goes to our portal and links to one of the knowledgebase articles. If you go to https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/support-center#/path/ and type in 2FA it will come up. The link should go direct there if you are logged into the portal.
