How to use post method

Hi,
I have a task to pull the overall utilization (runtime and idle time) of each machine and update it in Excel. So, I'm planning to use the POST method to pull the data from the server. However, I'm not familiar with the POST method. Could someone guide me on how to pull the data?
We are using VMware to access the machines

Furthermore, one of the parameters is wrong, text is being inserted, in this case it should be a collection.
