Blue Prism work queue activity

I have created a Process in that I had defined an action of to "get next item" in work queue object. Also I had create a data item to store item value and data in that. So the process is working fine but I'm not getting any value in data item.

Hello Arpit - Did you add the item using add to queue action of WQ VBO.

first - add to queue and use get next item. if you are getting no value in get next item it means there are no item in the queue.

Hi Arpit,

Can you confirm that your queue is set up in BluePrism and you are using the correct queue name as an input parameter in the action so that it knows where to look for an item?

If this is part of the Blue Prism university training course there is a whole community dedicated to this that will be able to support!

Hi Arpit,

Check manually items in the work queue under control room.
Make sure work queue name is exactly same what you defined under system manager.
Queue status in the system manager should be running (not paused)
