Forgot password Trail Edition 7.0.1

Hi,

I forgot my password Blue Prism Trial Edition version 7.0.1. Could you please help me how to solve this issue and is there any steps or process to reset password . Could you solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi Kukkadapu. When I've lost my password I had to delete the whole DB.... Blue Prism has an excellent Help site that can help you with that... But, if you don't want to loose all your data, I can't help you. Sorry.

Can you please tell me how to delete the whole DB for Trail Edition because i was not able to login. Could you please provide/ post the sequences or steps to do this.

Hi,

You can try executing this query over the SQL Server to reset the password:

SET salt='bWBTNqWrvq6RbQnns5PpF+Kt7V1gVS97F6R5iZIxV6M=',
hash='9XkueyLzhbhRUMoKedsN3l7ChDmfS811IDymP8ZCEv8=' WHERE
userid=(SELECT userid FROM BPAUser WHERE username='admin')
AND active=1;

Then try to put:

Username: admin
Password: admin
