      <description>Hi Subhash,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The licensing error message &lt;STRONG&gt;"Operation failed - Verification failed - signature is not valid"&lt;/STRONG&gt; can occur for two reasons:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Because you have installed a license intended for a different version of Blue Prism. For example, Version 6 licenses are not compatible with Version 7 software, and vice-versa. In this scenario, you will need to contact your Account Manager and request the correctly-versioned license.&lt;BR /&gt;If your company does not currently have a Blue Prism Account Manager then please contact our Sales team to establish that relationship. You can reach them via email at: contact@blueprism.com.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;It may be the license file is corrupted. If the file was transferred using a USB stick or downloaded from an email to a network drive, during the transit of the file to the Blue Prism server, the file may have been corrupted.&lt;BR /&gt;In this scenario, get a fresh copy of the file from the source storage. If the file is corrupted at source, please contact your Blue Prism Account Manager.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;In either case, the primary recommendation is to reach out to your Blue Prism Account Manager to let them know the license you're trying to use is not working.
