@KeerthanaSuresh Could we get which Setup you're using, I believe there are three. 'Setup Service Exchange With OAuth', 'Setup Service Exchange 2010', 'Setup Service Office 365'. I would hazard a guess you're using 'Setup Service Office 365'? Let me know which it is and can you send me all of your current input parameters other than the password. A 401 is coming back from the endpoint for some reason and we need to narrow down why, could be valid credentials with invalid access / permissions for usage against the api, could be a slightly invalid endpoint, etc. Send me all the details you can share without sharing PPI or passwords.
