What is External Exception? It didn't cross my eyes until Advanced Data Items: Self-Test, is it another name for predefined Exception or what
what is the difference between external and internal Exceptions?

Hi @Sanaa Fallah

I suppose you are talking about the similar kind of exception. Just to clarify you:

There is two type of exceptions:

System Exceptions: Application based issues

Business Exceptions: Rules based problems.

In your case, I assume that Internal and External are referencing the System Exception kind. Internals for problems inside the code (trying to divide by zero or missing information to perform and action) and External for issues with the application (Losing internet, unexpected error in the browsers... )

Hope this clarify your questions.

See you in the community, bye 🙂

------------------------------
Pablo Sarabia
Architect
Altamira Assets Management
Madrid
634726270
------------------------------
