Top Tip: v6.7.1 Resource Missing/Connection Lost Error Message

Hi everyone,

For those who encountered "Resource Missing/Connection Lost" error message post v6.7.0/v6.7.1 learning edition installation, please read on.

The learning edition v6.7.0/v6.7.1 has option "Start a personal Runtime Resource on the machine when users sign in to Blue Prism" unchecked by default. This means runtime resource (RR) will not be started with your interactive client (IC). Users of the edition can follow the steps below to fix the issue:

Start Blue Prism Learning Edition normally
Click System tab
Select System -> Settings from the left-hand side tree
Check "Start a personal Runtime Resource on the machine when users sign in to Blue Prism"
Shut down Blue Prism Learning Edition
Start Blue Prism Learning Edition again so the runtime resource can be started with the interactive client.

I tried the above solution and still it is not working for me. I am using 6.7.1 version. Can you guide me on this?
