Runtime(Virtual machine) gets into warning stage(Authenticate step) when we run login agent process

^{When we are trying to login virtual machines with Login agent process the vm is going into warning stage while authentication.It will be in warning unless we take any action on that particular vm again.}

When we reset the vm and restart the login agent then I can see the vm in logged in with agent process.Again if we logout and tries to login with the process we are seeing same that vm is going to warning stage at Authenticate step.

This is affecting a lot of anyone could suggest here on this that would be helpful and appreciated.

We will need the error in the process to better help you.
As a general suggestion, make sure Login Agent and Blue Prism are the same versions.
