Then TRACK is for you!

GCCs in India have been leading the Innovation story and its time that we bring these sharp minds together and learn from each other. We, at BluePrism, are proud that we could be a part of your transformation journey and with an increased focus on the GCCs in India, we are launching an exclusive program called 'TRACK' that will bridge the gap further and help us build GCCs as a community together.

TRACK will be launched in phases and we will be in constant touch with you to make sure that you are aware of the progress and the next steps. After all, the success of this program is dependent on your participation and suggestions.

Briefly, TRACK stands for:

T: Training

R: Rewards for Excellence

A: Awareness

C: Chapter Meets

K: Knowledge / Listening Circles

We have already started the efforts in formalizing TRACK and our first step in this endeavour is to hold "Knowledge / Listening Circles". The format of these Listening Circles is open-ended, informal conversations around your expectations of us, your areas of interest and other topics that will help us customise this program for YOU.
