https://community.blueprism.com/t5/Product-Forum/Queue-management/m-p/83083#M34412 There are mandatory guides/tutorials related to work queues and schedular that are part of the standard developer training.  Whoever is enabling/mentoring you should be pointing you towards the training collateral you need to look at and also should be helping you with questions and reviewing your first deisgns/builds.  If you do not have that kind of mentoring in place you should talk to your RPA manager about the risk to quality.
