Yes you can.
Take a look in the Documents section for a 'Installing Enterprise Edition'.
What Denis mentions above is that Scheduler along with some other features in Blue Prism don't work without an application server. You can set up a local app server in order to test out Schedules, and the document I mentioned above has a section that talks about the app server setup.</description>
