how to see other resource in control room as online ?

All resource are also connected to same database via application server. i am able to view the process, object and other resource as well. But always other resource are offline and displaying meesage as below "An opertion was attempted on something that is not a socket 10.136.141.91:8181" only resource in their own system is available(online).so how to see other resource in control room as online . Is there any other configuration to do?

Hi , Do check with your respective network team if the port 8181 is active and accepting connections. We do face this issue intermittently . Also make sure, the resource PC has been configured as per the guidelines provide by Blue Prism in their setup guides. Hope these will help resolve the issue
