I guess, a part from triggering BP process, BP process may need to access mail inbox to get info (and do something else as well). We are working on a use case where BP needs to access a mailbox. I was told that BP could only access Verse. As a result we had to migrate our traditional notes client to Verse. Please advise if it is true that BP cannot access traditional Notes client ? and if the above suggestions can also work with Verse?
