[BP 7.1.1] LoginAgentSerice events "other event"

Hi, all,

Do anyone have any experience or knowledge what the LoginAgentService events (listed below) relate and link with? There is totally zero information about them, like cause, impact and so on.

Events:

Information	LoginAgentService	other event - ConsoleDisconnect
Information	LoginAgentService	other event - ConsoleConnect
Information	LoginAgentService	other event - RemoteConnect

Robot is working with various files within VM, picked from netdrive. Of course it's happening quite frequently in repetitive scenario, and in some time - process terminates. Particular events were noticed in the beginning of BP exceptions:

ERROR: System exception : The remote procedure call failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BE)

and may be related to final state - termination:

ERROR: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Resize Window' on page 'I: Resize Window' - Could not identify process owning the current foreground window

Unfortunately we can't map these events to some obvious actions.

The deployment is standard unattended with VMs and Servers.

Much appreciated if you can share you insights.

Regarding the second error message, we have the following KB article: "BPE error "Could not identify process owning the current foreground window" when trying to focus an application" that will help you.

We see that issue when other screens block the process, like a Windows update or other system messages.

The remote procedure call failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BE) This error is possibly a Windows error that bubbles up, and Blues Prism captures that message. I recommend you create a ticket with our support department to help you look for the error's source.
