Regarding error for bots

Hello,

I am getting an error "an operation was attempted on something that is not a socket 10.16.34.105.11" for 3-4 bots rest are connected in BP control room.
I have a multi-bot architecture.

Can anyone help?

Hi Pranav,

Thank you for posting your question on the Blue Prism Community.

The error you are getting means, the Application Server is attempting to connect to a Runtime Resource, but the Resource has not yet fully started its Listener process using a socket connected to the configured port number. This message will often repeat until such time as the Runtime Resource has fully started up and is available.

If you are Contract Customer, please login to Blue Prism Customer Portal -> Go to Support Centre and search for "an operation was attempted on something that is not a socket", for more information about this error.
