BP server not able to connect

Hi All,

I have setup a blue prism server with SSO AD Encryption . the problem is the runtime resources behave strangely
when i login from my credentials it show connected to some but for the other its shows connection with resource timeout... strange
but when i see it through runtime pc its shows me conencted. ... very strange.
thirdly when someone else connects it shows private .... phew

Can some one please help me as the guide and support site seem to be useless , i have followed it step by step by it does not work.

this is second time i am setting it up earlier one for UAT , which i managed to use database as the BP server thing does not work .
