Check if you have a historic Pending process and delete it. The default 'today' view in Control Room will hide anything left hanging around from previous days.

Hi Sanaa,

You can delete pending sessions from control room by selecting the session, right clicking on it and choosing 'Delete' option as shown below:

Hello @Sanaa Fallah,

in the right pane if you click on resource - you can see one process is pending, and you are trying to run one more process on same resource that is reason you are getting the error.

first delete the pending process like devneet described above - this will free up the license and then you can run your process again.

Yes Devneet is right but it is not shown on my desk as it is with Devneet, mine is a white blank and bending Item not showing there

Just a simple question. Do you have any filter active in the under list?

If you created the session yesterday and you have a filter date, you will never see the pending session.
