so could I know the process of renewing and installing new License.

Hi Pratima you should contact your BP representative/account manager and arrange a new license with them. Installing the new license is easy, it's just a case of uploading a file.

Hi Pratima, exactly so. Once you have a new license file, you press this button, upload the file and it's done. You can also have multiple licenses, so you could install the new license early, before the current one expires.

Sorry for troubling you again as I should have asked the question in my previous inquiry.

My next enquiry is that we have got
* Blue Prism Application Server
* Blue Prism Runtime Resources
* Blue Prism interactive clients

So from where do I need to install my new License. ?
If I am not wrong, it might be Blue Prism interactive client, right?

Hi Pratima, no problem. Yes, as the license is held centrally, you only need to install it once (per environment) via the interactive client.
