Hi Community members,

To use the full capabilities of Human/Digital Worker collaboration you need to understand the 'Update Status' and 'Update Config' actions within Interact.

These actions allow the Digital Worker to control the movement of an Interact Form, moving it from the submission history to the Inbox for example. This allows the Human Worker to update information in the Form and resubmit, the Digital Worker can then review and perform further processing.

In addition the Digital Worker can control the fields within a Form so exposing hidden fields or locking fields where you do not want a human Worker to update.

This short video gives you an overview on how to use these actions.

*Please note: this video shows the UI for Interact v4.1. The navigation and look & feel of the product may change with new releases.

------------------------------
Adrian White
Head of Product Consultancy
Blue Prism Ltd
------------------------------
