WebAPI: Save contents of a file as an original file which is extracted from Web API call.

I have a requirement where we need to download the file(could be PDF,txt,xlsx etc) from one system and put it in a shared drive.

BOTs can get the contents of the file from the system using Web API call, however after making request we are getting file data as text in the response content data item.

For your reference I am getting the response as below as text type.

May I ask that you create an Idea on the product Ideas page for this capability to be added to the Web API feature? I thought there was already a submission, but I can't seem to find it. Having an entry in the Ideas page can help get this prioritized for development if enough people vote for it. 😁
